Short Professional Job Description

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities, inventory control, manpower planning, warehouse safety, and operational efficiency. Lead the warehouse team while improving productivity, stock accuracy, space utilization, and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory operations.
• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel and manage manpower allocation.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, cycle counts, and annual stocktakes.
• Establish and improve warehouse SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as picking accuracy, OTIF, stock variance, and fulfilment lead time.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, 5S, and warehouse operating standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and headquarters to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve warehouse space and productivity.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Several years of warehouse or logistics management experience.
• Proven experience leading and supervising warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety and operational procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
