Customer Experience (CX) Executive / Sales Consultant

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Experience (CX) Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from initial enquiry to after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, appointments, orders, deliveries, and after-sales matters.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer enquiries and cases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update customer management systems.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, retail, or sales support is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and follow-up skills.
• Patient, responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Able to multitask and work independently as well as within a team.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and customer management systems.
