Senior Finance Executive (Creative Agency)

We’re working with an award-winning creative agency based in Singapore, delivering bold, high-impact creative strategies and campaigns for some of the world’s most recognisable global brands.

We're seeking a proactive, commercially minded Senior Finance Executive to lead our day-to-day financial operations and support their next phase of growth.

This is a newly created role with the opportunity for growth as the agency scales.

As Senior Finance Executive, you will hold complete operational oversight of the Singapore finance function.

You will act as a key commercial partner to agency leadership, bridging project delivery with financial control.

his is an ideal role for a finance specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning a variety of work from job costing and commercial revenue recognition to statutory compliance and cash flow optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing & Bookkeeping

· Invoice Management: Generate, issue, and amend customer invoices accurately and efficiently.

· Accounts Receivable: Track outstanding payments and follow up on collections.

· General Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions, manage expense claims, and maintain up-to-date ledgers.

Payroll & CPF Administration

· Payroll Processing: Calculate monthly salaries, allowances, and deductions for the team.

· Itemized Pay slips: Generate and distribute accurate, compliant itemized pay slips to all employees on time.

· CPF Contributions: Calculate, submit, and clear monthly Central Provident Fund (CPF) payments within statutory deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2~4 years of finance/accounting experience (prior experience in a creative agency, digital/media agency, production house, or professional services firm a plus).
• Proven track record in general bookkeeping, basic accounting, and Singapore payroll processing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional accreditation (CA/CPA/ACCA).
• Strong numerical accuracy, good commercial awareness, and effective communication skills to collaborate with both creative teams and external stakeholders.
