Job Details
Location: Tampines North / Tampines Industrial Area
Salary: Up to $3,500/month
Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts: 7:00am–7:00pm / 7:00pm–7:00amWorking Days: 4 Days
Responsibilities
Support Engineers in process-related activities to improve production efficiency Assist in developing and maintaining production process flows according to business requirements
Maintain work instructions, including SFC control and SAP-related processes Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and mass production runs Support ISO-related implementation and maintenance activities
Work closely with Engineers and production teams to ensure smooth production operations
Requirements
Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline preferred
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or process-related roles preferred
Good team player with strong communication skills
Able to work effectively with Engineers and peers
Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts
