Job Responsibilities
Greet customers, take orders and provide friendly customer service.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
Assist with food preparation and serving, where required.
Handle cashier duties and process customer payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café, including tables, counters and equipment.
Replenish ingredients, cups and other supplies when needed.
Assist with opening and closing duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willing to learn beverage preparation, coffee-making techniques and café operations.
Responsible, attentive to detail and able to work well in a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule.
