About The Assistant Sales Manager & Marketing

is responsible for supporting the SalesManager in achieving sales targets, leading the sales team, implementing marketingstrategies, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role also focuses onincreasing showroom traffic, generating quality leads, and strengthening the Protonbrand presence within the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Sales Manager in planning, coordinating, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Advisors to improve sales performance and productivity.
3. Monitor daily sales activities, customer enquiries, bookings, and vehicle deliveries
4. Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions to increase brand awareness and sales.
5. Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, online advertising, and lead generation activities.
6. Ensure all sales leads are followed up promptly and converted into sales opportunities.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
8. Prepare sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance analysis for management review.9. Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
10. Ensure compliance with Proton sales policies, pricing guidelines, and dealership standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirement
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and Proton products is an advantage.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong marketing, business development, and customer relationship management skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dealer Management System (DMS).
