If so, we want you to lead the marketing strategy for our diverse portfolio of award-winning restaurants and bars—from the Michelin-starred elegance of JAAN by Kirk Westaway, to the vibrant The Stamford Brasserie, the iconic Italian restaurant Prego with nearly four decades of heritage, and the spirited atmosphere of ANTI:DOTE.

You'll be the driving force behind brand storytelling, guest engagement, and revenue growth across our venues—combining data-driven strategies with bold creativity. You'll also have the full support of our experienced Marketing team while working closely with our culinary and operations leaders.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality marketing.
• Experienced in developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, partnerships, events, and social media.
• A strategic thinker who understands how to market experiences, not just products.
• Collaborative and confident working with chefs, restaurant managers, agencies, media, and influencers.
• Comfortable using performance data and insights to optimise marketing initiatives.
• Proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple brands in a dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360 marketing campaigns across digital, public relations, events, partnerships, and social media.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver engaging marketing initiatives.
• Drive revenue through seasonal campaigns, promotions, loyalty programmes, and special events.
• Manage content planning, influencer collaborations, and social media performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise marketing activities based on business objectives and market trends.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
