Job Description:

12+ years of experience in technology delivery, transformation or programme leadership. • Programme management at scale across multiple countries, with financial targets attached. Ideally you have led a programme end to end, not just a workstream within one. • Commercial and financial capability. You can build, interrogate and defend a business case, and are comfortable challenging a finance model, not just using one. • Technology transition and migration experience, including moving engineering or application support between delivery locations. Enough technical grounding to engage credibly on architecture and engineering standards. • Experience in a global capability centre, global business services or shared services environment. • Credibility with senior stakeholders, including CIO or CTO level. • Strong written communication, since much of the output is read without you present
