Admin Assistant

• Salary: $13–$14/hour (approximately $1,549–$1,668/month)
• Contract Duration: 9 months in total, excluding June 2027
• ️ Contract Period: 4 January–31 May 2027 and 1 July–31 October 2027
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–1:00pm (5.5 hours per day)

Job Requirements

• Preferably secondary-level qualification with 2+ years’ work experience, including 1 year in customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good English communication skills.
• Pleasant, professional and service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to phone and walk-in enquiries and assist visitors.
• Handle filing, printing, data entry, document distribution and record keeping.
• Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including refreshments.
• Sort, label and distribute printed materials.
• Provide administrative support during staff absences or peak periods.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
