Beauty & Wellness Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Beauty & Wellness Consultants to join our growing spa team. You will be responsible for providing professional consultations, recommending suitable beauty and wellness treatments, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand their beauty and wellness needs

• Provide consultations on facial and body treatments

• Recommend suitable treatments and spa packages

• Explain treatment benefits, promotions and packages

• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships

• Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals

• Coordinate with therapists and receptionists to ensure smooth customer experiences

• Maintain a professional and welcoming spa environment

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, confident and customer-oriented

• Sales-driven with a positive attitude

• Experience in beauty, spa or sales is an advantage

• Training will be provided

• Able to work weekends and public holidays based on roster
