• Basic Up to: $4200 + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + $800 transport allowance if drive to work
• Tuas
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)

Your Responsibilities: -

• Mentor the customer service team to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets.

• Oversee sales lead management, proposal generation, service engagement forms (eSEF), invoicing, and major client accounts.

• Manage daily customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, complaints, service issues, and escalations.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, lead digital transformation initiatives, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

• Establish and monitor KPIs, service standards, and monthly operational reports to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and efficiency.

• Analyze customer feedback, service trends, and operational challenges to identify root causes and implement service improvements, departmental procedures, and training programs.

You will need: -

• Degree in Business Admin
• Min 2 years exp in relevant industry
