Responsibilities
Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and staff activities.
Supervise employees and ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and operational procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment as required.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and coordinating work assignments.
Requirements
At least 3 years of working experience in the F&B industry
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
