Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Coordinator, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di RM LEOPAD SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend and lead monthly project performance meetings with the Project Management Team and clients.
• Liaise with the Client’s Contract Manager on contract agreements and project-related matters.
• Ensure all required reports are prepared and submitted to the Project Management Team and clients within the stipulated deadlines.
• Coordinate incident investigations, monitor corrective actions, and ensure relevant findings are communicated to contractor employees.
• Monitor onsite employee attendance, safety compliance, work performance, and daily site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university or equivalent accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in heavy industries, preferably in port maintenance, oil and gas, or mining.
• Experience in project coordination, contract management, and site operations.
• Knowledge of conveyors, cranes, and structural systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
