What You’ll Be Doing:

• Event Logistics & Execution: Help plan and coordinate events across Asia, from medical conferences to gala dinners, keeping operations running smoothly on the ground and behind the scenes.
• AI Tool Integration: Learn and use AI tools to handle repetitive tasks—like answering attendee inquiries, drafting initial marketing copy, and updating schedules—so you can focus on higher-level work.
• Client & Speaker Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for international clients, speakers, and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
• Practical Problem-Solving: Adapt quickly when event plans change and focus on efficient, high-impact solutions to keep projects on track.
• Marketing & Promotions: Assist with event promotion by drafting social posts and digital promo materials using design and writing tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable using standard office software and eager to learn modern tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to streamline your workflow.
• Strong Organization: Capable of tracking multiple project moving parts and interested in using automation to improve personal productivity.
• Professional Communication: Able to handle fast-paced, high-pressure event days with composure, clear communication, and a guest-first attitude.
• Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages is a strong advantage given our regional and international scope.

Our parent company Conference Partners has been in the conference & events industry for 17 years, but we’re not stuck in the past. We’re looking for a Conference & Events Assistant who doesn’t just want to "run events" but wants to build them using the next generation of tech. 

We have established our company in Kuching in 2026 and are hiring our first batch of team members who are proud to be Sarawakians and deliver international congresses in Kuching.
