About ************************** provides on-demand Child Protection training for adults working with children worldwide. We take an accessible, global approach to child abuse prevention, because we believe everyone has a role to play in protecting children.
Since 2020, we have issued over 130,000 certificates to adults across 115 countries, in more than 35 languages. Our clients are mainly international schools and school groups. We are a small, fast-moving team, and this role is central to our growth.
The RoleWe are looking for a Sales and Customer Success Executive to look after our school clients from first conversation through to renewal.
You will report to our CEO and work day-to-day alongside our Sales and Customer Support Manager. You will start by servicing and renewing an assigned set of accounts, then take on outreach, demos, and the full sales cycle as your product knowledge grows.
This is a fixed salary role, not commission-based. We want you building long-term client relationships, not chasing quarter-end deals.
This role suits someone early in their account management or customer success career who works well independently, communicates proactively, and is ready to grow quickly in a fully remote team.
How We WorkThis is a fully remote job. We have no office, and you will work from home in Singapore.
- Our team is spread across Singapore, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Australia, and our clients are in schools worldwide.
- We work together day to day on Slack, Zoom, and email
- Core working hours are Singapore business hours, with occasional client calls earlier or later to suit other time zones
- You will need a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client video calls
- We provide your laptop, webcam, and microphone, plus an annual remote work stipend
What You Will DoClient Servicing and Renewals
- Own servicing and renewal conversations for your assigned accounts, typically Heads of School and Designated Safeguarding Leads
- Answer client questions and resolve support issues, escalating anything outside your depth
- Spot schools where course completions are slipping or credits are running low, well before renewal
Sales (growing into full ownership)
- Support, then run outreach and demos for assigned prospects by email, call, and video.
- Grow into owning the full sales cycle, from qualifying through to close
CRM and Reporting
- Keep CRM records current, including deal stage, service logs, and next steps
- Report regularly on your pipeline and account health
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our Sales and Customer Support Manager to stay aligned on approach and priorities.
- Collaborate with our developers, eContent team, and marketing so the client experience stays consistent.
What Success Looks Like at 90 Days- You run renewal conversations for your assigned accounts on your own
- You know our courses and platform well enough to handle most client questions without escalation
- Your CRM records are complete and up to date
What We're Looking For- One to two years of experience in account management, customer success, or another client-facing, relationship-led role.
- Comfortable owning a client relationship end to end, not just one stage of a process
- Strong written English: clear, professional, and adaptable across audiences
- Comfortable reading your own pipeline and account numbers and adjusting your approach. Self-directed and organized, able to manage your own day without an office around you
- Based in Singapore and available during Singapore business hours (SGT, UTC+8)
Nice to Have- Experience in EdTech or working with schools
- Zoho CRM experience
- Previous experience working remotely
- Experience working with clients across multiple countries or time zones
What We Provide- SGD 4,000 to 5,000 per month, plus a 13th month Annual Wage Supplement and a discretionary annual performance bonus
- Fully remote work, no commute
- 14 days annual leave, plus Singapore public holidays
- Health insurance
- USD 1,000 annual remote work stipend (after probation)
- Laptop and equipment provided
How to ApplyAlong with your CV, using a cover letter, include a short email written to a school's Designated Safeguarding Lead whose renewal is due next month (150 words maximum). We read this before your CV.
