• Organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple orders at once

• Own transport and a valid driving licence; able to travel to Singapore when required

Job Overview

The Sourcing King sources construction materials and furniture directly from factories in China for customers in Singapore and Malaysia. You’ll keep shipments moving from the factory to the customer’s door, on time and without needless storage charges. This is a coordination role, not customs clearance.

Job Responsibilities

• Track shipments from China to Singapore and Malaysia.

• Coordinate arrivals with our China team, SG/MY sales team and logistics vendors, prioritising urgent orders to keep storage charges low.

• Collect and compare delivery and assembly quotes from multiple vendors per customer, and keep records of quoted and final rates for management decisions.

• Check QC photos from China against the quotation, then alert the salesperson to update the client and request payment.

• Track defective items and coordinate replacements or repairs with vendors.

• Prepare Delivery Orders for the sales team.

• Make on-site visits in Johor Bahru (JB) and occasionally Singapore to coordinate complex deliveries.

• Support other administrative duties as needed.
