We are looking for a ERP Application Support to join our team and support key business applications across the organisation. This role is primarily focused on Application Support, with additional responsibilities in Project Implementation & Automation, followed by Data & Reporting.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Provide application and functional support for ERP, SCM and other business systems
• Troubleshoot system issues and support end users
• Assist with system implementation, enhancement and process automation
• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports and data analysis for business decision-making
• Support process improvement using automation and digital tools
• Provide user training and guidance to improve system adoption and efficiency.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors where required to resolve application issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Application Support / ERP / SCM Support or a related business application environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or SCM systems.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting/dashboard development is required.
• Experience in SQL, system integration, ETL or Power Automate is an advantage.
• ERP experience in Finance, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Distribution or Supply Chain is welcome.
• Basic programming/Python knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel when required.
