Job Details:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Baker who can independently handle the complete baking process from preparation to finished products.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef

• Able to independently complete the entire baking process

• Experienced in producing bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Prepare, mix, proof, bake, decorate, and finish bakery products independently

• Produce bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products

• Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality

• Manage daily production and ensure products are completed on time

• Operate and maintain baking equipment

• Control ingredient usage, product freshness, and wastage

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
