We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef / Assistant Chef to join our culinary team. You will play a key role in daily food preparation, cooking, managing kitchen stations, and ensuring high standards of culinary quality, taste consistency, and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, season, and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and customer specifications during operational hours.

• Station Management: Operate and maintain cooking stations efficiently, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of dishes during peak dining periods.

• Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Assist in daily stock monitoring, checking ingredient freshness, receiving deliveries, and minimizing ingredient waste.

• Hygiene & Sanitation: Enforce and strictly adhere to Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety guidelines, cleanliness, and workplace sanitation standards across all food prep areas.

• Kitchen Operations Support: Collaborate closely with head chefs and junior kitchen staff to streamline kitchen workflow, prep schedules, and station cleanup.

• Equipment Care: Safely handle and maintain kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to management.
