Salary and Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to RM2,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Reconnect with inactive customers and encourage account reactivation.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Promote suitable products, packages, and service upgrades.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with customer service experience are welcome to apply.

Working Schedule

• 5 working days per week
• 2 off days per week
• Rotational schedule covering Monday to Sunday
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2 weeks of training provided
