Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow private events, corporate functions, special celebrations, and full venue buyouts at Leila.
• Actively seek out and build new business partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and your professional network.
• Manage the full sales journey: from initial enquiry and custom proposals, through negotiation, closing, and post-event follow-up.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with corporate and private clients to drive repeat bookings and referrals.
• Draft event proposals, price quotes, and tailored packages designed around each client’s unique needs.
• Work hand-in-hand with our restaurant and operations teams to ensure every event runs flawlessly from start to finish.
• Hit agreed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Keep precise records of all enquiries, sales pipeline status, confirmed bookings, and client follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in F&B, hospitality, or event sales.
• Demonstrated success in securing and closing corporate or event-based deals.
• An established network within corporate events, private functions, or hospitality is highly advantageous.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Business-minded, results-driven, and fully capable of working independently.
• Excellent at nurturing client relationships and following through on commitments.
• Thrives in the fast-paced environment of a restaurant and events venue.
• Availability: 44 hours per week with flexible hour arrangements.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
