  • Able to adapt tone and writing style for different audiences and situations

  • Good understanding of how people communicate naturally across Malaysian social platforms

  • Good instinct for tone, context and fast-moving online conversations

  • Develop engaging Bahasa Malaysia copy for social media and campaigns

  • Write in a natural Malaysian tone that connects with local audiences

  • Understand Malaysian street vernacular and everyday rider and driver language

  • Adapt copy for different audiences, platforms and situations

  • Respond quickly to current conversations and trending topics when required

  • Handle sensitive topics using appropriate and de-escalatory language
