Role Description The Junior Art Director will support the development of visual concepts and brand campaigns for a variety of clients, working closely with senior creatives and account teams. This full-time, on-site role in Singapore involves designing and refining layouts, graphics, and key visuals for print, digital, social media, and other marketing materials. The Junior Art Director will participate in brainstorming sessions, translate creative strategies into compelling visual executions, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with copywriters, preparing presentation materials, adapting designs for different formats, and staying updated on design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide Creative Direction and support Art Direction in developing campaign concepts and visual storytelling.
• Experience in Branding, including creating and maintaining visual identities and brand systems.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including composition, typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to shoot short form reels for social contents.
• Strong skills with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools).
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand-focused work, and polished execution across print and digital media.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in consumer behavior, marketing trends, and integrated brand communication is an advantage.
