Job Summary

Eye Level Taman Bukit Indah is looking for a dedicated, patient, and responsible English Instructor to join our team.

The successful candidate will guide students through the Eye Level English programme, monitor their individual progress, and help them develop strong reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills.

Training and teaching materials will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English to primary and secondary school students using the Eye Level English programme.
• Guide students according to their individual learning levels and abilities.
• Mark worksheets accurately and provide appropriate corrections and explanations.
• Monitor students’ progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
• Prepare and assign classwork and homework.
• Conduct level tests and assist with students’ learning plans.
• Maintain accurate student progress and attendance records.
• Provide feedback to parents regarding their children’s learning progress.
• Manage students effectively and maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Prepare teaching materials and assist with general centre operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESL, or a related field.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to explain English concepts clearly and confidently.
• Patient, responsible, organised, and passionate about working with children.
• Able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Willing to learn and follow the Eye Level teaching system.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Teaching experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply..
• Must be available to work on Saturdays.
