Your Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

• Support event planning, scheduling, logistics and coordination
• Liaise with venues, vendors, suppliers and partners
• Manage registrations, guest details and event communications
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities
• Support event setup and on-site operations
• Handle changes and provide solutions during events
• Collect feedback to improve future events

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates who are:

• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable communicating and working with different people
• Creative, adaptable and detail-oriented
• Available for occasional evening or weekend events
• Experience in events, hospitality or coordination is an advantage

No prior event experience is required. We value enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn.
