Our client is a dynamic start-up specialising in residential and commercial cleaning services. They provide tailored cleaning solutions including regular cleaning, deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning.

We are looking for a Scheduler & Recruitment Coordinator who can manage day-to-day cleaner scheduling while also supporting the recruitment of cleaners as the business grows.

Position: Scheduler & Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & Customer Service
• Manage and adjust cleaner schedules using Launch27 and WhatsApp
• Coordinate bookings and ensure cleaners are assigned according to availability and job requirements
• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, answer enquiries and provide good customer service
• Answer calls via JustCall
• Prepare and send cleaning quotes/estimates using the L27 system
• Follow up with clients on pending quotes, revisions and bookings
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations and urgent scheduling matters
• Communicate job details, updates and changes to cleaners via WhatsApp
• Liaise with clients regarding timing, availability and special requirements
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences and cleaner assignments
• Recruitment
• Assist with the recruitment and sourcing of cleaners to support business growth
• Post job advertisements and source potential cleaner candidates through relevant channels
• Screen applicants and conduct initial phone/online interviews
• Assess candidates based on experience, availability, communication skills and suitability for cleaning assignments
• Coordinate interviews, trial shifts and onboarding with shortlisted candidates
• Maintain a pipeline/database of available cleaners
• Follow up with candidates and keep recruitment records updated
• Work closely with the supervisor to ensure sufficient cleaner manpower is available for scheduled jobs

Other

• Assist with social media content and Canva editing where required
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisorRequirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or coordination experience
• Previous experience in the cleaning industry is a MUST
• Experience coordinating cleaners, managing bookings and handling client enquiries
• Experience with cleaning quotations/estimations is an advantage
• Some experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing or interviewing will be an advantage
• Able to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and people skills
• Able to handle urgent requests and last-minute changes efficiently
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience as a cleaner is an added advantage
• Experience managing social media content and using Canva is an advantage

Remuneration packages:

• RM3,000/month (TBC)
• Independent Contractor arrangement
• No statutory contributions or leave benefits
• 1–2 week trial period before confirms the appointment

This role is within the capacity of an independent contractor as the candidates are not residing in Canada, no leave benefits during trial and probation. Break time will be advised.

Working Arrangement

• Fully Remote
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Vancouver PST / 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Malaysia Time
• Break time as advised
• Working Days: Monday night to Saturday morning (5-day work week)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
