Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes and other bakery products according to recipes and standards.
- Handle daily baking and production activities efficiently.
- Ensure all products meet the required quality, taste and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery and work area.
- Check and maintain proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
- Monitor stock and inform the Chef of any shortages or requirements.
- Assist in developing and improving bakery products when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures.
- Assist and guide junior bakery staff when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
