Salary Range: RM 1,800 – RM 2,200 (Depending on experience)
Probation: 3 months
Statutory contributions included (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)

Key Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab Kerja
- Documentation & Data Entry: Organize physical and digital files, maintain daily records, and update spreadsheets.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing invoices, receipts, and basic office paperwork to support the accounts team.
- Customer Interaction: Handle basic client inquiries, answer incoming calls, and direct messages appropriately.
- Operational Coordination: Assist with scheduling appointments, vehicle handovers, or routine errand runs as needed.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office supplies, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and maintain general office order.
Requirements / Kelayakan
- Education: Minimum SPM qualification.
- Experience: 1–2 years in general clerk, administrative, or customer service roles (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & basic English).
- Punctual, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license (D) is an added advantage.
