Assistant Product Manager (Intermediate) – Marketing (Young Adults Segment)

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Covered)
Salary Range: $4,000 - $7,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours

About the Role

Our client, a leading bank in Singapore, is looking for a proactive and energetic Assistant Product Manager to join its marketing team on a contract covering maternity leave. This role is responsible for planning and executing campus-based marketing initiatives to drive acquisition, engagement and usage of the bank's mobile payment app and debit/credit card products among tertiary students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns targeted at the Young Adults segment across tertiary institutions.
2. Conceptualise and implement on-campus activities and engagement programmes to drive awareness, acquisition and usage of the bank's mobile payment app.
3. Manage and execute promotional campaigns, including experiential marketing initiatives such as campus trails and roadshows.
4. Support and participate in on-ground activations at campuses, events and roadshows.
5. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
6. Track, analyse and report campaign performance, including acquisition, engagement and usage metrics.
7. Monitor competitor activities, market trends and emerging opportunities within the youth segment.
8. Generate insights and recommendations to optimise campaign effectiveness and improve customer engagement.
9. Ensure timely execution of marketing activities while adhering to internal governance and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in marketing, campus engagement or events is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site at campuses, events and roadshows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage tertiary students.
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
• Proactive, energetic and a strong team player who can work independently.
