• Actively promote and enrol guests into the hotel's loyalty programme at touchpoints such as check-in, lobby, F&B outlets and hotel events
• Achieve and track monthly and quarterly membership sign-up targets
• Design and execute on-property engagement activities (e.g. booths, promotions, contests) to drive new sign-ups
• Work with the Marketing Communications team on collateral and messaging to support membership campaigns.
• Encourage guests to download and use the hotel's app for direct bookings, rewards redemption and enquiries
• Promote Book Direct benefits (e.g. member rates, F&B credit, points mechanics) to reduce reliance on OTAs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for loyalty member enquiries, feedback and redemption requests
• Respond promptly and professionally to member queries via app, phone, email or in person
• Manage and update the loyalty programme's backend system, including member records, points balances and redemption data
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the loyalty platform and app
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B and Marketing Communications teams to ensure consistent delivery of loyalty benefits
