Job Responsibilities

Outsourced Workforce Management & Manpower Allocation

• Fully support manpower requirements, particularly foreign worker needs, and participate in foreign workforce resource planning, including recruitment, replacement, and termination, to ensure the smooth operation of EPG.
• Fully participate in and manage the employee movement of blue-collar workers, including onboarding, transfers, and resignations.
• Ensure and verify foreign workers' attendance records and payroll calculations.

Talent Management

• Ensure that employee onboarding, training, job transfers, and offboarding processes comply with manpower regulations and align with the company's interests.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external training providers when necessary.

Employee Relations

• Assist in handling employee inquiries and grievances.
• Assist in promoting employee engagement and welfare activities.

HR Administration

• Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates to the HR system.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure that HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR-related reports for management.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Field of Study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related disciplines.
• Work Experience: At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with HR processes, labor laws, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office. Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
