Job Description – Sales Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join RAZO MINI HOME in Taiping, Perak. The successful candidate will assist customers, manage sales enquiries, follow up with potential customers, support social media activities, and work towards achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

* Attend to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-ins.

* Explain RAZO MINI HOME products, packages, pricing, and promotions.

* Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.

* Maintain good relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

* Prepare quotations and maintain accurate customer and sales records.

* Achieve individual and team sales targets.

* Handle and respond to enquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms.

* Assist in posting product updates, promotions, and simple content on social media.

* Support basic content creation such as photos, short videos, Reels/TikTok, and promotional posts when required.

* Work closely with the team on sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements: Minimum SPM or equivalent, good communication skills, confident and customer-friendly, willing to learn, and comfortable using social media. Sales or social media experience is an advantage.

Salary: RM1,700 basic + incentives & commission

Location: Taiping, Perak

Training and guidance provided.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
