Comfortable wearing a mascot costume and performing in public for extended periods.

Physically fit and able to stand or move around for extended periods.

Comfortable working in a busy retail and family-oriented environment.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and during events when required.

Previous experience in mascot, event, entertainment, customer service or promotional roles is an advantage.

No prior mascot experience required; training will be provided.

Responsible, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.

Wear and perform as the company mascot to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Attract and engage walk-in customers, especially children and families.

Interact, play and take photos with customers and children.

Assist in simple games, activities and customer engagement sessions.

Promote the company’s store, petting zoo, activities, promotions and special events.

Welcome and encourage customers to explore the store and available attractions.

Participate in promotional events, campaigns and on-ground activities.

Assist in creating fun and engaging content for the company’s social media platforms, including TikTok.

Maintain a friendly, energetic and positive image when representing the company.

Support the team with other event, promotional and customer engagement activities when required.

Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
