• Student must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of full set of financial statements for private limited companies.

• Handle reconciliation of accounts inclusive of bank reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the accounting database and perform periodic backups for the accounting records in the database.

• Prepare Sales and Services Tax return and ensure timely submission of the return.

• Maintain backup copies for all the accounting records and perform documents filing.

• Attend to queries from Company Auditors and Tax Agents.

• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required by reporting manager.

• Overtime
• The trainee's normal hours of work shall be 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8.30 am to 5.45 pm on Monday to Friday. The Employee may also be required to perform such overtime as may be reasonably required by the Employer in order for the Employee to properly perform their duties. Where extra hours are performed the Employee shall be entitled to an overtime payment which is 1 times of your hourly basic allowance.
