About the role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Configurator to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our manufacturing and service operations across a global network. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Service & Repair, Warehouse, Procurement and other stakeholders to ensure our asset, maintenance and calibration processes are effectively configured, maintained and continuously improved.
Working within a highly regulated medical-device environment, you will have the opportunity to apply your technical and analytical skills while contributing to operational excellence and the reliability of critical manufacturing and service assets.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain EAM system data, workflows, asset records and related processes.
- Support the management of maintenance, preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
- Ensure asset, tool and equipment records are accurate, complete and maintained in accordance with established procedures.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Service & Repair, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement and NPI teams to understand requirements and resolve EAM-related issues.
- Support the introduction of new tools and equipment, including ensuring appropriate asset and maintenance records are established.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement practical solutions within the scope of the role.
- Ensure activities are performed in accordance with applicable Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and regulatory expectations.
About you
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in EAM, asset management, maintenance or manufacturing systems are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), CMMS or similar asset/maintenance management systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, service or repair environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance and calibration processes.
- Experience working with asset, equipment, tooling or maintenance records.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- The ability to interpret technical information and translate it into practical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and simply.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while operating within established processes and procedures.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
