Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Beauty Education Manager to lead and manage beauty education and training programmes. The role focuses on product knowledge, beauty treatment techniques, trainer development, and supporting internal teams, beauty consultants, therapists, distributors and customers through effective training and education.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Marketing or a related field.

• Relevant professional qualifications such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC or equivalent will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in beauty training, beauty therapy, skincare, cosmetics, medical aesthetics or related industries.

• Experience in developing and managing beauty education or training programmes.

• Experience in leading or mentoring Beauty Trainers, therapists or education teams is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, beauty treatments and aesthetic services.

• Excellent presentation, communication and training skills.

• Strong coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and practical beauty treatment training.

• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Comfortable working on weekends or public holidays when required for events and training.

• Product Training
  Lead and oversee product knowledge training for internal employees, beauty consultants, therapists, distributors and customers.
  Ensure the training team has a strong understanding of skincare, beauty and aesthetic products.
  Develop and deliver product training materials, presentations and demonstrations.
  Ensure product information and training content are accurate and up to date.

• Beauty Treatment Training
  Lead and oversee training on beauty treatment techniques, procedures and best practices.
  Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training where required.
  Ensure beauty consultants and therapists understand the correct treatment techniques and product applications.
  Maintain consistent training and treatment standards across the team.

• Training Programme Development
  Plan, develop and manage beauty education and training programmes based on business and training needs.
  Develop and maintain training materials, guidelines and educational content.
  Establish suitable training structures and standards for different levels of employees and trainees.
  Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance, and recommend improvements.

• Sales Support
  Support Sales teams by providing product knowledge and beauty treatment training.
  Assist with product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and product launches.
  Provide guidance to the Sales team on product benefits, applications and suitable customer recommendations.
  Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support business and product education initiatives.

• Customer & Distributor Education
  Lead training and education programmes for customers, distributors and business partners.
  Conduct product demonstrations, treatment training and educational workshops.
  Build good relationships with distributors and customers through effective training and product education.
  Gather feedback from customers and distributors to improve training programmes and product knowledge.

• Training Evaluation
  Monitor training performance and evaluate the effectiveness of education programmes.
  Conduct assessments and gather feedback from trainees.
  Identify training gaps and recommend suitable improvements.
  Monitor the development and competency of trainers and trainees.

• Product Knowledge & Industry Updates
  Keep up to date with skincare, beauty, aesthetic products, treatment techniques and industry trends.
  Ensure trainers and relevant teams are updated on new products, techniques and developments.
  Research new beauty education methods and training approaches.
  Share relevant industry knowledge and product updates with the team.

• Events & Marketing Support
  Support product launches, workshops, seminars, exhibitions and other beauty-related events.
  Represent the company during training programmes, industry events and educational activities.
  Work with Marketing to support product education and promotional activities.
  Assist with product demonstrations and educational content when required.

• Team Leadership & Trainer Development
  Lead, manage and mentor Beauty Trainers and other training personnel.
  Coach trainers to improve their presentation, product knowledge, treatment and facilitation skills.
  Monitor trainer performance and support their professional development.
  Coordinate training schedules, resources and manpower to ensure smooth execution of programmes.
  Maintain consistent training standards across the education team.

• Administrative & Other Responsibilities
  Maintain proper training records, attendance, assessments and training materials.
  Prepare reports on training activities, performance and programme effectiveness.
  Coordinate training schedules and resources.
  Travel for training, events and educational activities when required.
  Work weekends or public holidays when required for events and training.
  Perform other duties and projects assigned by Management.
