Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL Accounting.

• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting and statutory requirements.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills and comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our accounting firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting matters for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of accounts and compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Able to handle full set of accounts.

• Ensure completeness, accurate, valid and timely reporting.

• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audit schedules.

• Liaise with clients to obtain accounting documents and clarification on transactions.

• Review clients' accounting records and identify discrepancies, missing documents or unusual transactions.

• Handle SST and e-Invoice-related accounting matters where applicable.

• Assist clients with implementation and maintenance of e-Invoice requirements.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

• Perform other accounting-related duties and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the superior.
