Key Responsibilities
- Perform facial, body, and device-based treatments in a safe and effective manner
- Conduct basic skin and body analysis prior to treatments to assess clients’ conditions and needs
- Understand clients’ aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatment plans in alignment with the doctor’s advice
- Promote and upsell the company’s treatments, packages, and skincare products
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of treatment rooms and equipment at all times
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to ensure a positive client experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and repeat visits
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and treatment targets set by management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic / beauty industry preferred
- Strong sales and consultation skills will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
- Willing to work retail hours
- Guaranteed high basic salary of $4,000
- Stable work schedule (1 day work, 1 day off)
