Kelayakan
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, including 3-5 years of experience managing or leading an HR team.
- Strong experience across full-spectrum HR functions, with the ability to lead and manage HR activities independently.
- Experience in a Group of Companies, multi-business or shared HR environment will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, payroll practices and statutory requirements.
- Strong experience in employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance improvement and other workplace issues.
- Good understanding and experience in compensation & benefits, performance management and talent development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Management and HODs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
- Resourceful, organised and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and payroll systems will be an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and HR operations.
- Lead, coach and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives and organisational needs.
- Partner with Management and HODs on manpower planning, recruitment and other people-related matters.
- Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, counselling, performance improvement and other workplace issues.
- Review, develop and enhance HR policies, procedures and practices to support business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing and statutory submissions.
- Review and manage compensation and benefits programmes to ensure competitiveness, internal equity and alignment with business needs.
- Lead and manage the annual salary review, bonus, manpower planning and HR budgeting processes, including preparation, analysis and recommendations for Management approval.
- Lead and drive performance management, talent development, succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee employee lifecycle matters, including confirmation, transfer, promotion, contract renewal, resignation and exit processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve, digitalise and streamline HR processes.
- Lead and manage HR projects and organisational initiatives, including change management and implementation of new HR programmes and systems.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis and relevant HR insights for Management.
- Lead and manage HR matters across different businesses within the Group.
