The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for handling daily human resource operations, administrative support, purchasing activities and inventory management to ensure smooth office and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Administration

Manage general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operation

Maintain proper filing and documentation (hardcopy and digital)

Handle correspondence, emails, and basic coordination tasks

Support on boarding documentation and staff records maintenance

2. HR Administrative Support

Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation

Handle submission and tracking of staff-related forms (e.g. leave, claims, attendance)

Support basic HR processes including onboarding and offboarding coordination

Liaise with HQ (if applicable) on HR and administrative matters

3. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records for cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

Conduct periodic stock checks and reconciliation

Track movement of inventory across different sites

4. Purchasing & Vendor Coordination

Plan and manage purchasing of operational supplies and equipment

Liaise with suppliers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and pricing

Ensure timely procurement to support operational needs

Maintain records of purchases and supplier details

5.Operations Support

Coordinate with site supervisors on supply distribution and requirements

Assist in arranging logistics for stock delivery and equipment servicing

Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned
