Key Responsibilities:

a) Monitoring the network performance, especially on the bandwidth utilization and power stability.

b) Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.

c) Acting proactively and responsibly in reporting and escalating any network performance issue to the management timely.

d) Install/maintain and support of network element including wired and wireless network component.

e) Supervise on site preparation work including civil mechanical electrical works.

f) Providing technical assistance to the customer support team promptly.

g) Handling escalated customers' complaints responsively and thoroughly until the issue is addressed.

h) Updating the resolution progress and details to the customer support team to provide the latest information to the reported subscriber.

i) Pacifying unsatisfying subscribers with professionalism and respect whenever the Network Engineer is handling onsite support.

Job Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
