Conduct physiotherapy assessments for clients upon admission and perform regular reviews to monitor their physical condition and rehabilitation progress.

Develop, implement and maintain appropriate care plans based on clients' individual needs.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans and care interventions.

Participate in regular case discussions and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive client care.

Supervise and coordinate community outreach programmes and therapeutic activities for clients.

Monitor clinical and service quality performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives.

Assist in collecting, maintaining and analysing statistical information for regular reporting.

Promote client engagement and maintain a high standard of customer service to support service utilisation and programme participation.
