Job Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the overall day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained working environment that supports business needs.
• Establish and maintain housekeeping and maintenance standards across office facilities, including pantry, kitchen and common areas.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee meal arrangements for Management, meetings and corporate functions, ensuring requirements are met efficiently.
• Manage hospitality and guest services for visitors, guests, and management when required, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Monitor pantry and kitchen supplies, coordinate procurement and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, catering and other operational services.
• Identify opportunities to improve office operations, service standards and workplace efficiency.
• Handle ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
• Prior experience in office administration, hospitality, facility management, pantry operations, or a similar role. 
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
