Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels, including social media, referrals, networking, and job platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, customer-facing roles, or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable using online platforms and social media for outreach and engagement.
