JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and implement business development strategies to support company growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Prepare sales performance reports and conduct market research.
• Work closely with the management team on sales and marketing strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, responsible and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
