Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Preferably 2+ years of experience in servicing, repairing, or maintaining heavy machinery, industrial equipment, construction machinery, or hydraulic systems.

Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and technical teams.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and perform on-site technical servicing.

Willing to travel within the assigned region and attend customer sites when required.

Possess a valid driving licence; relevant technical certifications are an advantag

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for heavy machinery and industrial equipment.

Conduct on-site inspections, equipment servicing, installation, commissioning, and performance testing.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other equipment-related issues.

Respond to customer service requests and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

Guide customers on equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.

Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and spare parts teams to ensure the availability of required components.

Support warranty claims and recommend appropriate technical solutions to customers.

Build strong customer relationships through professional and reliable after-sales support.
