Senior Accounts Executive

• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements timely and accurately
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, bank and account reconciliation, etc.)
• Coordinate and liaise with operation team for billing related matters
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Responsible to prepare and support to ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal (eg. annual tax returns, annual XRBL submission (if any), annual company return (if any))
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
• Update the company’s cash flow (weekly), funding and budget allocation
• Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy
• Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by CFO, FC or supervisor
