Oversee end-to-end airfreight import shipments, ensuring timely processing, customs clearance, delivery coordination, billing and shipment closure.

Manage customer relationships by providing regular shipment updates, addressing enquiries and resolving operational issues.

Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking companies, customs authorities and internal departments to ensure efficient shipment handling.

Monitor shipment performance against customer SLAs, operational KPIs and regulatory requirements.

Take ownership of complex, urgent or high-value shipments and proactively resolve delays and documentation issues.

Review shipment documentation and maintain accurate operational and billing records.

Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.

Guide junior customer service staff on import procedures, documentation requirements and operational best practices.

Escalate significant customer or operational issues to management and ensure timely follow-up.
