Provide professional beauty services including eyebrow shaping, lash services, facial treatments and other beauty procedures according to customer requirements and salon standards.
Consult clients on beauty needs, assess skin conditions, recommend suitable beauty treatments and aftercare guidance.
Maintain clean, hygienic and tidy work station, sanitise tools and equipment strictly in compliance with hygiene regulations.
Keep records of customer service information, follow up with clients for post-service care and repeat appointments.
Introduce salon beauty packages and products to customers politely.
Follow salon SOPs, maintain good service attitude and handle customer enquiries properly.
Learn new beauty techniques and update skills continuously.
