Job Summary
Coordinate and manage facilities and construction projects by monitoring timelines, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, supporting documentation, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities
Coordinate facilities and construction-related projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables to maintain schedule adherence
Liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues
Support project documentation, reporting, and coordination to maintain accurate records and communication
Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance requirements to uphold standards and regulations
Required competencies and certifications
Relevant qualification in Engineering, Building, Construction, or Project Management
Relevant construction or facilities project experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Contractor coordination and project management skills to drive project execution
Strong communication and organisational abilities to enhance stakeholder engagement and project efficiency
